What we haul
Residential and commercial, from one stubborn sofa to a whole floor of office furniture. If it is on this list we take it in St. Paul, Minnesota; if it is not, ask — the answer is quick and it is honest.
When people call us
The garage stopped being a garage
Years of "I will deal with that later" in one room. We clear it in one visit so the space goes back to being usable, and a cleaning can follow the same week.
A move-out or an estate
What the movers would not take, and what nobody in the family wants. We empty the property so the move-out clean has something to work with.
An office or a suite is turning over
Cubicles down, desks and chairs out, the storage room emptied before the landlord walks it. Property managers book this on the same call as the turnover clean.
What moves your price.
We quote a haul from what is going out, not from the size of your home. Volume is the biggest factor — how much of a truck the load fills — and after that it is the things that make a load harder to move: weight, stairs, a long carry from a back room to the curb, an elevator reservation, or an item that has to come apart before it fits through a door.
That is why there is no price list on this page. Send photos of the pile on WhatsApp, by text, or by email — or book a 15-minute walkthrough — and you get a written quote before any work starts. Nothing is due at booking, and the number you approve is the number you pay.
The crew that shows up in St. Paul, Minnesota is our own: insured to $2M in general liability, background-checked, and bilingual EN/ES. We send before-and-after photos of what we hauled, so you can see the space empty without standing in it, and our phones are answered every day, 24 hours.
📍 Serving these areas across St. Paul, Minnesota
A crew that knows your area.
St. Paul's housing runs from Summit Avenue Victorians and Crocus Hill Craftsman houses, with their deep millwork, plaster cove moldings, cast-iron radiators and century-old hardwood, through the pre-1939 bungalows of Macalester-Groveland and Como Park, out to postwar east-metro suburbs in Oakdale and White Bear Lake, and on to new construction in Woodbury, Lakeville and the Highland Bridge blocks on the former Ford plant site. The cleaning load follows the calendar here. Five months of road salt, sand and snowmelt arrive on boots and settle into entry tile and floor finish. Warm, humid summers push pollen and street dust through open screens and keep basements, sash tracks and window wells working. Available across Ramsey, Washington, Dakota and Anoka Counties.
Questions, answered.
How do I get a price?+
Send photos of what is going out — WhatsApp, text, or email all work — and we come back with a written quote. If the pile is spread across a few rooms, or it is a commercial space, book a 15-minute walkthrough instead and we quote it on the spot, in writing.
Do I have to move anything to the curb?+
No. Point at it and we carry it out — that is the job. Tell us in your message if it is upstairs, behind a gate, or through a building elevator, because that is part of what we are quoting.
Can you clean the space after you empty it?+
Yes, and it is the most common pairing we book. A cleanout followed by a clean is one conversation and one schedule — the haul comes first, then the deep clean or move-out clean goes onto a space that is finally empty enough to do properly.
Do you take commercial jobs?+
Yes — office furniture and cubicle teardown, retail fixtures, tenant-turnover and property-management clear-outs, construction debris, and warehouse clear-outs. We are $2M insured with a COI on request, which is usually the first thing a building asks for.
Do I pay anything up front?+
Nothing is due at booking. You approve a written quote first, and you are invoiced after the work is done — the same way every other service here works.
