How does access work if I am not home?+
Most recurring customers are not home during the visit. A door code, a lockbox key, a smart-lock invite, or a front-desk registration all work. Eligible completed visits come back with a CleanCheck report so you can see the result.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?+
Yes. Travel, holidays, a house full of guests — tell us and we skip or move it. As much notice as you can give helps us offer the slot to another home, and your schedule picks back up on the next visit.
