Airport office cleaning built for the secure side and the 24/7 schedule
From airline back offices and FBO lounges to ferry terminals — crews that clear your badging process, follow your escort rules, and clean between departure banks, because your operation has no closing time.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Any crew working the secure side has to clear your badging office first — an unvetted vendor stalls at the checkpoint while your restrooms go uncleaned through the morning bank.
There is no "after hours": flights push back before dawn and sailings run weekends, so cleaning has to slot between banks of departures instead of waiting for a close that never comes.
One nightly restroom pass cannot survive a departure surge — peak banks need cycle cleaning with restock, or the first complaint reaches your duty manager before 9 a.m.
Ferry terminals add salt air, wet decks and luggage grit to the load — waiting areas and boarding corridors need floor care timed to the sailing schedule, not a generic office route.
The airport authority, your terminal landlord and half your operations contracts all want a current COI before an access request even gets approved.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for airport offices is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for airport offices: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean aircraft interiors or ramp equipment?
No — cabin and aircraft interior cleaning stays with the airline’s or MRO’s contracted teams, and ramp equipment stays with your ground handler. JAS cleans the offices, lounges, restrooms, and terminal public areas around them, and knowing that line is exactly what your station manager wants from a facility vendor.
Can your crews work on the secure side?
We work under your airport’s badging and escort requirements — you set the vetting process and escort rules, we staff the account with crews who clear them and stay escorted wherever your security program requires it. Access logistics get pinned down at the walkthrough, and the COI your access request needs arrives within 2 business hours.
Our terminal never closes — when would you clean?
Around your schedule, not ours: overnight lulls between the last arrival and the first bank, restroom cycles through peak departures, and sailing-day resets for ferry terminals. We’re answered every day, 24 hours, the quote comes from a short walkthrough of your spaces and cadence, and there’s no payment at booking.
