Consulate cleaning that works escorted, badged and discreet
Visa-section waiting rooms turned before the morning line forms, reception halls reset after a national-day event, and crews who take direction in Spanish as easily as in English — inside the access rules your mission sets, never around them.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
The visa section is a public waiting room with a line at the door every morning: seating, floors and applicant restrooms take hundreds of people a day and still have to look institutional the moment the first appointment window opens.
National-day receptions and delegation visits put your reception hall into event service one night and back into consular business at eight the next morning — the turnover is on the calendar, not a surprise, and it has to be handled that way.
A mission's corridors carry conversations, passports and paperwork no vendor should be reading. Discretion is the job description: nothing on a desk is moved, nothing is photographed, and crews work where your security officer says they may.
Many Miami missions run the entire working day in Spanish — a crew that needs everything translated turns your administrative officer into an interpreter instead of a manager.
Before a badge is issued, your protocol officer wants background-checked names on the access list and your Brickell building's management wants a current COI in the vendor file — both, in writing, before anyone walks in.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for consulates is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for consulates: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do your crews hold a security clearance or diplomatic vetting?
No — and we will not imply otherwise. What we bring is background-checked crews who work escorted or badged exactly as your mission's rules require, sign in with your security officer, and stay out of every area you have not cleared them for. Secured and classified spaces — communications rooms, safe rooms, sealed records — stay entirely under the mission's own control; many missions clean those in-house and keep it that way. The boundary is written down at the walkthrough so nobody has to guess at ten at night.
Can you clean around visa hours and turn the hall after a national-day reception?
Yes, and those are two different jobs. The visa section gets cleaned before the doors open or after the last applicant leaves, never with a line in the room. Event turnovers are scheduled off your protocol calendar — the reception hall goes back to consular business by the time your first appointment arrives, and we answer every day, 24 hours, when a date moves. Eligible completed visits carry CleanCheck photo proof, which is easy to file.
How is a consulate or trade office quoted, and are your crews bilingual?
Crews are bilingual EN/ES — for a mission that runs its day in Spanish, that is not a nice-to-have, it is how instructions actually get followed. Pricing comes from a short walkthrough: visa-section traffic, number of offices, reception hall, restrooms and how often you host set the number. You get it in writing, a COI within 2 business hours for your file or the building's, background-checked names for the access list, and no payment at booking.
