City hall and public works cleaning that stays out of the public's way

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Thirty-plus municipalities in Miami-Dade means thirty-plus purchasing rulebooks — but every one of them starts the same way: written pricing, a W-9, and a current COI in the vendor file, or you are not in the running.

The permit counter runs a line all day: contractors, homeowners, and inspectors moving through the same twenty feet of floor from opening to close, which is exactly when cleaning cannot happen.

Commission chambers empty out near eleven on meeting nights and have to be back in order — chairs, dais, floors, public seating — before the doors open for business the next morning.

Public works administrative facilities take a different kind of soil than city hall: crews walk in from the yard with grit, fuel, and grease on their boots, and an office-only cleaning spec falls apart in the first week.

Hurricane season changes the building overnight — staff sleeping over, an emergency operations room running around the clock, restrooms and break rooms used at triple normal volume — and you need a vendor who answers the phone during an activation, not after it.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for municipal facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for municipal facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean secured areas like records vaults or evidence storage?

We clean the public and staff areas of the building. Secured spaces — records vaults, evidence storage, server rooms, dispatch consoles — stay under your agency's access control: many cities keep them in-house entirely, and where our crew is asked in, it happens only under your escort and your rules. That line is drawn in writing at the walkthrough, before anyone is scheduled.

?

Can you meet our RFP and vendor-file requirements?

Yes. After the walkthrough you get line-item pricing in writing, our W-9, and a COI within 2 business hours — $2M insured, background-checked bilingual EN/ES crews, and no payment at booking. To be direct about what we are not: we hold no existing city contract, cooperative purchasing agreement, or government contract vehicle, and we do not imply one in a bid packet. We come bid-ready and let your evaluation decide, and your purchasing desk gets an answer every day, 24 hours.

?

How do you schedule around meeting nights and hurricane season?

Chambers get a later start on meeting nights, so the reset happens after the last resident leaves and the room is ready by opening. During hurricane season we plan the surge in advance at the walkthrough — extra restroom and break-room passes while the building is staffed around the clock, and a post-activation reset of lobbies, chambers, and public works offices once operations stand down. We answer every day, 24 hours, and eligible completed visits carry CleanCheck photo proof for the contract file.
