What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

A station runs three shifts and never locks the doors — cleaning has to fit around roll call and shift change, not wait for a closing time that does not exist.

Fire stations run on 24- and 48-hour shifts: bunk rooms and shared kitchens are lived in around the clock, and no incoming crew wants to inherit the off-going crew’s mess.

Locker rooms and showers see traffic after every callout, and turnout gear has its own NFPA 1851 decon routine — the cleaning crew has to know to stay clear of it.

Evidence rooms sit under chain of custody and armories stay locked; a vendor who does not respect which doors are off-limits is a liability, not a help.

The public lobby is where residents file reports and wait — it gets judged like any storefront, on a municipal budget.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for police stations is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for police stations: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean evidence rooms, armories, or apparatus bays?

No — and a vendor should say that plainly. Evidence rooms stay under your chain of custody, armories stay locked, and apparatus bays plus turnout-gear decon (your NFPA 1851 routine) stay with your crews. We clean the living and administrative spaces: bunk rooms, kitchens, day rooms, locker rooms, lobby, offices and restrooms.

?

Can you clean a fire station that is staffed 24/7?

That is our normal case, not the exception. We schedule around shift change and meal times, work in occupied stations without getting in the way of a turnout, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours, if a callout forces a reschedule.

?

How do access and background requirements work?

Your walkthrough sets the rules: badged or escorted access, which doors stay closed, and the cleaning window per area. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
