What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Third-party and customer audits score your sanitation program on what the walk-through shows — dust on rack beams, dock debris, and sticky floor residue read as findings before anyone opens a binder.

Cooler and freezer floors collect condensation, ice, and forklift grime — you need a crew that actually works at temperature instead of skipping the cold rooms.

Your pest-control operator's reports flag sanitation gaps: spilled product in the aisles and the syrup film under beverage cases are exactly what draws activity between services.

FDA food-contact rules mean your own sanitation SOPs govern anything that touches product — you need a janitorial partner that knows exactly where its lane ends.

Receiving and loadout never really stop — cleaning has to slot between picking waves and route departures without idling your dock.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for food distributors is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for food distributors: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you sanitize food-contact surfaces or racking that holds product?

We clean the facility: floors, docks, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and high-touch points with EPA-registered products. Sanitation of food-contact surfaces stays with your team under your food safety plan, and we don't touch racking that holds product unless your supervisor directs it during the visit — a boundary your QA manager will want us to know.

?

Can your cleaning records support our audit binder?

Yes — CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits gives you a dated visual record of each area, and a COI reaches your landlord or customer within 2 business hours of asking. Your pest-control program and its documentation stay with your licensed operator; our job is to keep the sanitation findings off their report.

?

We distribute beverages, not dry goods — is this the right page?

Yes. Beverage distributors face the same audit and pest pressures with a stickier version of the problem: syrup film, broken-glass residue, and cooler floors under constant forklift traffic. A short walkthrough sets the quote in writing, with no payment at booking and a line answered every day, 24 hours.
