Do you clean the machines themselves?

We clean the facility around them: floors, perimeters, and exterior housings only where your walkthrough marks them in scope. Machine interiors, anything behind a guard or under lockout/tagout, and line maintenance stay with your maintenance team. If your packaging line is food-contact, line sanitation stays with your sanitation crew under your FDA program — we keep the surrounding plant clean and audit-ready.

Can you clean without stopping production?

That is the point of the protocol: we work between shifts, overnight, or on weekends, and the walkthrough sets which zones are cleaned live (offices, break rooms, restrooms) versus only when the line is down. Your supervisor always knows where the crew is.

How is a light manufacturing or packaging plant quoted?

By a walkthrough — production and warehouse square footage, floor types, dust load, restroom and break-room count, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
