The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Your public-area attendants are the first people pulled when the house sells out — so the lobby, the corridors and the pre-function space quietly absorb every staffing shortfall of the week.
Oceanfront properties fight sand and salt all day: entry mats, lobby stone, glass, elevator tracks and pool-deck hard surfaces are re-dirtied within an hour of being done.
High season and Art Basel arrive with your best ADR of the year and your thinnest bench — the moment presentation matters most is the moment there is nobody left to assign to it.
Banquet turnovers do not wait for morning: a gala breaks down at midnight and a 7am general session walks into the same ballroom — that turn is a commitment, not a work order for tomorrow.
Doral’s golf-resort clubhouses and the spa fronts get judged by members and hotel guests at once, on two different standards, in the same building.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for resorts is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for resorts: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean guest rooms?
No — guest-room housekeeping stays with your own housekeeping team, where the brand standard, the room-attendant training and your quality scores already live. This page is public areas, event and banquet space, resort clubhouses, spa fronts, back-of-house and surge support. Kitchen lines and food-contact sanitation stay with F&B. We are the crew that keeps the rest of the property presentation-ready so your attendants can stay on rooms.
Can you cover high season and Art Basel surges?
Yes, and it is committed the honest way: at the walkthrough we put the dates, the hours and the number of people in writing, so you are booking a specific crew and not a promise of unlimited capacity. Book surge weeks early — high season fills the calendar for everyone in Miami at the same time — and we answer every day, 24 hours, when the block needs to move.
How is a resort quoted?
By a walkthrough of the areas you actually want covered — public-area footage, ballroom and pre-function space, the resort clubhouse and spa fronts, restroom count, back-of-house, and the turnover and deep-clean cadence your event calendar demands. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, background-checked bilingual crews, and no payment at booking.
