Transit facility cleaning that works on the operator's clock

Station concourses, bus terminal admin buildings and operator break rooms cleaned in the overnight service gap and touched up between headways — with bid-ready written pricing, W-9 and COI for a vendor file, and background-checked bilingual crews.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Headways decide the window, not a night shift: when a train comes every fifteen minutes and the last bus pulls out near midnight, real floor and restroom work happens in the overnight service gap or it does not happen at all.

MiamiCentral changed the benchmark. A rider who steps off a Brightline concourse and into a bus terminal an hour later is comparing the two restrooms directly, and says so in the complaint.

On the public side you do not hire, you procure: without written line-item pricing, a W-9 and a current COI in the vendor file, a cleaning company is not a finalist — it is not even a submission.

Operator facilities never close: bus operator break rooms, dispatch, supervisor booths and staff restrooms run across three shifts, so "clean it when they leave" describes a moment that never arrives.

Track-side and operational areas carry their own safety training and access rules, and a vendor who wanders past the public line is a hazard report waiting to be written — the platform boundary has to be agreed before the first shift.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for transit facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for transit facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean platforms, track-side areas, buses or railcars?

Vehicles are the operator's own operation — buses and railcars are cleaned by the people trained and qualified to be around them, not by us. Platforms and the public concourse we do quote, but strictly per your access rules and safety briefing, and track-side and operational areas stay with the operator entirely. Where the public line sits gets drawn on the walkthrough and written into the scope, so nobody is negotiating it at two in the morning.

?

Can you provide what a public agency's procurement office needs?

Yes — the paperwork side is straightforward: line-item pricing in writing after the walkthrough, our W-9, and a COI within 2 business hours of the request, $2M insured, with background-checked bilingual EN/ES crews and named people for the access list. What we will not do is imply an agency relationship we do not have: we hold no awarded transit contract today, and we would rather say that plainly than have your buyer discover it during evaluation.

?

When do you clean a station that only stops running for a few hours?

In the gap, and around it. The deep work — floors, restroom fixtures, glass, escalator sides — goes into the overnight service window, and lighter passes on restrooms, benches and rails ride between headways during the day so the concourse never drifts far from presentable. The cadence is set at the walkthrough against your actual timetable, eligible completed visits carry CleanCheck photo proof that drops into a contract file, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours.
