What Naranja brings
Named for the Spanish word for orange after the groves that once covered it, this 1.68-square-mile community on the old Florida East Coast Railroad line grew from 8,303 residents in 2010 to 13,509 in 2020, so 1960s-80s block homes and post-Andrew rebuilds now sit beside new townhouse rows. It began around 1904 as a railroad town on Henry Flagler's line and stayed a small farm community until development arrived in the 1960s and 70s, when many Homestead Air Force Base families lived here; recovery from Andrew took about twelve years, and Census Bureau estimates now put the median build year at 2007.
Dixie Highway (US-1) retail and service businesses at the community's edge, agricultural packing houses and nurseries, and small neighborhood plazas serving Princeton to the north and Leisure City to the south. In 2005 the bus-only lanes of the South Miami-Dade Busway were extended from SW 200th Street in Cutler Ridge to SW 264th Street in Naranja, adding five stops along the way.

House and apartment cleaning in Miami-Dade: kitchens and bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, linens straightened and trash removed.
Everything a standard visit covers, plus the surfaces a standard visit does not reach: baseboards, door frames, blinds, sills, switch plates, vents and cobwebs.
The empty-unit clean a landlord, a buyer or a property manager will actually sign off on — cabinets and drawers inside, appliance interiors, floors edge to edge, and a photo record you can forward instead of argue about.
