Post-construction cleaning in Miami,
dust to detail.
Fine renovation dust settles into every surface, vent, and track. We clear it — baseboards, light fixtures, window tracks, switch plates, cabinet interiors — so the space can be shown, used, or handed off. Scope, access, and dust level are confirmed by a reviewed quote before we schedule.

Dust, debris, and final detail.
After a renovation, contractors clear the big debris — but fine dust stays in vents, tracks, and on every surface. We focus on that finish work: surfaces, fixtures, cabinet interiors, and the corners construction dust coats. On eligible completed visits, your CleanCheck Report includes checklist status and customer-safe photos.
When to book a post-construction clean.
After a renovation
Contractors clear the big debris; fine dust stays in vents, tracks, and on every surface. We handle the finish cleaning.
Before move-in
A newly built or remodeled home needs a full dust-down before the furniture and boxes arrive.
Before showing or handoff
Photos, walkthroughs, and the final handoff read better on a fully detailed, dust-free space.
By reviewed quote.
Post-construction scope varies with the size of the job, the dust level, and access. It books through our deep-clean flow but is priced as post-construction, starting at $650 for the first 1,000 sq ft; we review the details you send and confirm the exact scope and price before scheduling.
What affects your price.
Size sets the baseline: square footage, the number of rooms and bathrooms, and how much of the home the renovation actually touched. Ceiling height matters more here than on most cleans — high fixtures, fans, and shelf tops collect construction dust and need ladder work to detail properly.
Condition is the bigger swing. A light cosmetic refresh leaves a fraction of the dust of a drywall-heavy gut renovation, where fine powder settles into every hinge, track, and cabinet interior and needs slow, repeated wiping rather than a single pass.
Access and timing round it out: elevator reservations and parking in condo towers, whether the space is empty or already furnished, and whether you want one final pass or a first clean plus a lighter follow-up after airborne dust resettles. Send those details with your request and the reviewed quote will reflect the real job.
Renovation cleanups across Miami-Dade.
Much of our post-construction work follows Miami’s renovation map. Condo build-outs and kitchen refits in Brickell and Miami Beach come with elevator reservations and front-desk rules, so we plan access before the crew rolls up. New-build and first-owner homes in Doral and Homestead need a full top-to-bottom dust-down before the furniture arrives. And in Kendall and Coral Gables, kitchen-and-bath remodels send sanding dust drifting well beyond the room that was worked on — we detail the whole affected area, not just the renovated one. Tell us the neighborhood and building type when you request a time; access shapes the quote as much as the dust does.
Post-construction questions.
What does a post-construction clean include?+
The full detailed checklist — baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, switch plates, light fixtures, air vents, cabinet interiors, and every standard surface — with the focus on the fine dust a renovation leaves behind. On eligible completed visits you also get a CleanCheck Report with checklist status and customer-safe photos.
Do you remove construction debris?+
Bulk debris — lumber offcuts, drywall sheets, packaging, old fixtures — is the contractor's haul-away. We take the site from broom-swept to finished: the fine dust, light debris, and residue left on surfaces after the trades clear out. If bulk material is still on site, we'll ask you to have it removed before we schedule.
How many passes will my project need?+
It depends on the dust level. A light cosmetic remodel is usually one detailed visit. After drywall-heavy work, airborne dust keeps settling for a day or two, so some clients add a lighter follow-up pass once it lands. We flag this in the reviewed quote so there are no surprises.
When should I schedule the clean after the work ends?+
Once the trades are done, bulk debris is out, and the dust has had a day or so to settle. Booking typically runs on a 24–48 hour lead time, so a good rhythm is to request your time as the punch list wraps up — the clean lands right before your walkthrough, photos, or move-in.
How is this different from a deep clean?+
Same detailed checklist, different enemy. A deep clean targets built-up household grime; a post-construction clean targets fine renovation dust that coats every surface and hides in vents, tracks, hinges, and cabinet interiors. It books through our deep-clean flow, and we confirm the construction-specific scope from your quote notes before scheduling.
What does the site need before the team arrives?+
Construction finished and trades off site, bulk debris removed, working power and water, and safe access — a key, lockbox code, or an on-site contact. For condo buildings, have any elevator reservation or front-desk requirements sorted in advance. We clean finished spaces, not active job sites.
