Do you handle participant care areas, medication rooms, or the kitchen line?

We clean the facility: floors, restrooms, dining and activity rooms, lounges, and shared touchpoints with EPA-registered disinfectants. Participant personal care, the contents of your medication room, and your kitchen’s food-line sanitation stay with your licensed staff — we clean the floors and exteriors around them and never take over the regulated work. That boundary is one your AHCA surveyor will want to see respected.

When do you clean if we run programs all day?

Most centers empty by early evening, so the main clean happens after your last participant leaves — rooms reset, floors dry, odors treated before morning drop-off. Many centers add a midday touch-up for restrooms and the dining room between meal and activity blocks; we set the cadence at the walkthrough.

Can you give us cleaning documentation for AHCA inspections?

We log every visit and provide CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits, so the cleaning portion of your file is easy to evidence when the surveyor asks. To be clear about roles: we are not an AHCA certifying body and issue no compliance certificates — your administrator owns the licensing file, and our records slot into it.
