Memory-care cleaning that respects the secure unit
Crews that follow your entry rules, use low-odor resident-safe chemistry, and keep wandering paths dry and clear — because in memory care, housekeeping is a safety function.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
A propped door or a shared keypad code in a secure unit is an elopement incident waiting to happen — every vendor who enters is part of your wander-management plan whether they know it or not.
Strong chemical odors disorient residents with dementia and can trigger agitation; the chemistry has to be low-odor and resident-safe, not just EPA-registered.
Residents wander at all hours — a wet corridor, a trailing cord, or a cart left in the path is a fall risk, and your incident log knows it.
There is no "after hours" in a 24/7 residence — cleaning has to move calmly around meals, activities, and rest, with faces residents recognize.
AHCA surveyors and touring families judge your community by the same corridors — the building has to read clean and odor-free any day, unannounced.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for memory-care facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for memory-care facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you handle care-related cleanup or the medication room?
We clean the facility: corridors, common rooms, resident-room housekeeping where you direct it, restrooms, and staff-area floors. Incontinence and other care-related cleanup, the med cart, medication storage, and your infection-control responses stay with your care team under the community's own protocols — a line your administrator will be glad we already know.
Residents are here around the clock — when do you actually clean?
Around your rhythm, not after it. The walkthrough maps your meal, activity, and rest schedule, and the crew works section by section inside it — dining room after breakfast, corridors during activities, common rooms in the evening lull. We aim to keep the same crew in your community so residents see familiar faces, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours, when the schedule needs to shift.
How do your crews handle the secure unit?
By your rules, in writing, from day one: sign in at the desk, enter escorted or by code as you direct, never share a code, never prop a door — even for thirty seconds with a mop bucket. The entry protocol is set at the walkthrough, the quote comes in writing with no payment at booking, and your COI arrives within 2 business hours of asking.
