Common areas, dining rooms, and resident hallways cleaned around your community’s day — with odor handled at the source and the documentation your infection-control log actually needs.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
AHCA surveyors don’t call ahead — and the hallway smell at the front door gets judged before anyone opens your binders.
An incontinence accident in a common area needs a response in minutes, not on the next scheduled visit — the family touring at 2 pm will remember the smell, not your census.
Your residents live here; there is no “after hours.” Cleaning has to move around meal services, activities, and rest times without making anyone feel in the way.
Your infection-control plan promises documented cleaning — and the surveyor asks to see the log, not to take your word for it.
In memory care, an unattended chemical cart or a propped door is a citation waiting to happen — crews have to follow your door and storage protocols on every visit.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for assisted living facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for assisted living facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean resident rooms and medical areas?
We clean the facility: common areas, dining, hallways, restrooms, staff areas, and resident-room floors and surfaces where the walkthrough spec includes them. Clinical disinfection of medical equipment, medication handling, resident personal care, and regulated medical waste stay with your nursing and care staff — the same line your AHCA survey binder draws, and we respect it.
Can you clean while residents are around?
That’s the only way to clean an assisted living community — residents are always home. We build the route around your day: dining rooms between meal services, common areas during activities, quiet zones during rest hours. Crews are bilingual EN/ES, which matters when a resident stops one mid-shift with a question.
Can your cleaning help us get ready for an AHCA survey?
We can’t speak for the surveyor, but we clean what surveys notice: odors handled at the source, handrails and high-touch points disinfected with EPA-registered products, chemicals locked or attended, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits your administrator can file with the infection-control log. Pricing comes from a short walkthrough — areas, floor types, cadence — with the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours, and no payment at booking.
