Move-out cleaning in Houston, Texas.
The empty-unit clean a landlord, a buyer or a property manager will actually sign off on — cabinets and drawers inside, appliance interiors, floors edge to edge, and a photo record you can forward instead of argue about.
Tell us the job. We’ll quote it.
- A price in writing before we schedule
- Nothing due at booking

What the walkthrough gets checked on
A move-out clean is graded by someone else, so it is scoped against what that person inspects — not against how the room looks from the doorway.
Who books it
Tenants at the end of a lease
The security deposit is the whole point. The photo record is what turns "it was clean" into something you can send.
Landlords between tenants
A unit that shows well rents faster. Book it for the day after the keys come back, not the week of the showing.
Buyers before move-in
The one window when every closet, cabinet and floor is empty and reachable. It never gets easier than this.
What moves your price.
Price follows the work, not a guess. Size sets the baseline — bedroom and bathroom count, or square footage for a workplace — because bathrooms and kitchens are where most of the labor lives. Condition matters on the first visit: if it has been months since the last professional clean, that first appointment runs longer, and it is the reset that makes every visit after it faster.
Everything else that moves the number, we would rather hear about up front: pets that shed, add-ons like inside the oven or inside the fridge, and building logistics such as gated entries, elevator reservations, or a front-desk check-in. Tell us in your message or your booking notes and the quote you get reflects reality, with nothing new appearing at the door.
Every visit in Houston, Texas is fulfilled by insured, background-checked cleaners working a written checklist, and eligible completed visits include a CleanCheck report with customer-safe photo proof — so you can see the result before you are back in the room.
📍 Serving these areas across Houston, Texas
Cleaning that knows your area.
Houston housing runs the full range inside one drive. River Oaks estates sit on wooded lots above Buffalo Bayou; the Memorial Villages and Tanglewood hold rambling ranch homes under live oaks; the Heights and Montrose keep century-old bungalows with wide porches and original millwork; Garden Oaks–Oak Forest is mid-century brick on generous lots; and Katy, Cinco Ranch, Sugar Land and The Woodlands add master-planned streets still filling in. What they share is the Gulf Coast load. Summer mornings sit above ninety percent humidity, so mold pressure never fully lifts, and roughly fifty inches of rain a year keeps grout, sills and floor-level trim damp. Gumbo clay tracks in dark and stubborn, live-oak and pine pollen coat everything each spring, and hurricane season leaves renovation dust behind.
Questions, answered.
Does the unit need to be empty?+
Empty is much better and usually cheaper, because nothing has to be worked around. We can clean around remaining boxes, but anything they cover is out of scope and we say so in writing rather than after.
Do you guarantee I get my deposit back?+
No, and nobody honestly can — a deposit also covers damage, unpaid rent and wear. What we can do is the cleaning standard a walkthrough is graded on, and hand you dated photo proof of the state we left it in.
How much notice do you need?+
Move-out dates cluster at the end of the month, so the last three days of a month book out first. Tell us your key-return date as soon as you have it, even if the time is not settled yet.
Is carpet shampooing included?+
No. Carpet extraction is a separate trade with separate equipment; we vacuum thoroughly and will tell you plainly if a carpet needs more than that before an inspection.
